If you are purchasing a property, renewing/refinance your mortgage, or have poor credit, an initial meeting or conversation could well be one of the best investments you could make.

I try to provide much more than simply a mortgage for my clients. I educate them as to the process from pre-approval to completion. I explain various mortgage options available including the pros and cons of each. If necessary I use spreadsheets which compare these options in order to clearly show the dollar differences.
